Payless Airport Shuttle is a family-owned business with more than 20 years of experience. We pick you up at Long Beach, John Wayne or LAX Airport and take you to your Anaheim hotel near Disneyland, or to the cruise terminals in Long Beach and San Pedro.
Your driver tracks your flight or ship arrival, so you're met on time. We provide child safety seats that are installed before pickup, and we run 24 hours a day when you reserve in advance. Booking is quick and easy, and your driver is there when you arrive.

Your flight number or ship name, your pickup address, number of passengers and bags. Tell us early if flight details change.

Airport arrival
LAX Airport
- Once your plane arrives, turn on your cell phone.
- You will receive a welcome text message with instructions.
- Reply once you land, and again when you are ready with your bags.
- Exit the double doors and cross over to the middle curbside. Wait under the passenger pick-up area and text us your column number.
- Because of heavy traffic inside the airport, you will wait about 15 to 20 minutes. Look for your van and wave down your driver.
⚠ Due to current traffic inside LAX, pickup may take up to 20 minutes.
Long Beach Airport (LGB)
- Once your plane arrives, turn on your cell phone.
- You will receive a welcome text message with instructions.
- Reply once you land, and again when you are ready with your bags.
- From baggage claim, walk to the curb. Do not cross the street.
- In about 5 minutes, look for your van and wave down your driver.
John Wayne Airport (SNA)
- Once your plane arrives, turn on your cell phone.

- Off the ship at Berth 93: wait at the exit door curbside. Do not cross the street.
- Off the ship at Berths 91 and 92: cross the street to the median curb.
- In about 10 to 15 minutes, look for your van and wave down your driver.

- Once your boat docks, turn on your cell phone.
- You will receive a welcome text message with instructions.
- Wait at the curbside.

Welcome home! Here's how your pickup works on debarkation day at the Long Beach cruise terminal or the Los Angeles cruise port in San Pedro.
- Good morning textBy 7 AM on the day your ship comes in, we text you to confirm your debarkation time.
- Reply with your timeReply with your estimated debarkation time so we can coordinate with your driver.
- Text us at customsSend us a quick text when you reach customs. Your driver heads to the curb.
- Meet your driverWalk to your pickup spot and look for your van. It usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes, but it can take longer depending on traffic around the port.

Catching a flight after your cruise? If your flight leaves before noon, we suggest doing a self walk-off (carry your own luggage off the ship) so you get off early and make your flight. If your flight is later in the day, you can relax and take your time debarking.
Good to know: debarkation times change from ship to ship, and traffic around the port can be heavy, so your pickup may take longer than 10 to 15 minutes. Your driver will be there, so please wait at your pickup spot. Need to cancel a cruise pickup? Email us at least 24 hours before your ship docks.
